Meowth ex
A friendly helper that fetches the Supporter card you need.
What this card does
Meowth ex is a Basic Pokémon, so it can be played straight onto the Bench. Its job is to help you find the right card at the right time.
When you put it on your Bench, it lets you search your deck for a Supporter card. Its Tuck Tail attack can also pick Meowth and its cards back up into your hand.
Last-Ditch Catch
Once during your turn, when you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench, you may use this Ability. Search your deck for a Supporter card, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. You can't use more than 1 Ability that has "Last-Ditch" in its name each turn.
Last-Ditch Catch triggers once during your turn, the moment you play Meowth ex from your hand onto your Bench. It lets you search your deck for any Supporter card and put it into your hand. This means you can fetch the exact Supporter you need, such as Boss's Orders, on the turn you bench it.

Meowth is well known for being drawn to shiny coins, which suits a card whose whole job is reaching into the deck to grab something useful.
Being an ex card, it gives up two Prize cards if knocked out, so it is usually kept safely on the Bench rather than sent out to fight.
