What this card does
The card attaches to a Pokemon as a Tool.
It allows the attached Pokemon to use any attack from its previous Evolution stages.
You must still pay the Energy cost for each attack you choose.

This card bridges the gap between a Pokemon's different forms. It lets your current Pokemon access powerful moves it learned before evolving, giving you more options in battle without needing to evolve again.

It suits decks that rely on a specific Evolution line with strong early attacks. It works well when you want to keep a Pokemon in its base or middle stage but still use its full move pool.
