What this card does
Mawile EX deals 100 damage using three Fairy Energy cards.
If the coin flip for Wonder Bomb is heads, you remove an Energy card from your opponent's Active Pokémon.

Flip a coin. If heads, discard an Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon. (100 damage)
The key feature is Wonder Bomb because removing an opponent's Energy can stop their attacks or force them to waste turns reattaching it. This control effect makes Mawile EX dangerous even if the coin flip does not come up heads.
