If you discard two other cards from your hand, you heal 120 damage from the pokemon you moved to the bench.

Switch your Active Pokémon with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. When you play this card, you may discard 2 other cards from your hand. If you do, heal 120 damage from the Pokémon you moved to your Bench.
This card lets you change which pokemon is fighting. If you are willing to sacrifice two cards from your hand, it also heals that pokemon for a significant amount of damage.
