What this card does
It attaches to a Pokémon to give it 100 extra hit points if the Pokémon has no rule box.
When that Pokémon is knocked out by an opponent's attack, you take one additional prize card.
Luxurious Cape
If the Pokémon this card is attached to doesn't have a Rule Box, it gets +100 HP, and if it is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, that player takes 1 more Prize card. (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes.)
This card turns a standard Pokémon into a sturdier target with a hidden bonus. If your opponent manages to defeat it, they pay a higher price by giving up two prizes instead of one.
