What this card does

Lugia GX has 190 hit points and costs three Colorless Energy to attack.

The Psychic attack deals 30 damage plus an extra 30 for each Energy on your opponent's Pokemon.

Pelagic Blade deals 170 damage but stops Lugia from using it next turn.

The key feature is Lost Purge GX, which clears the board by sending the opponent's Pokemon and its gear to the Lost Zone. This effect can only be used once per game so you must choose the right moment carefully.
