What this card does

Lethargic Charge lets you attach an Energy from your hand to your Active Pokémon once per turn if Komala is on the Bench.

Dozing Draw allows you to draw two cards but puts Komala to Sleep.

Signature ability

Lethargic Charge

Once during your turn, if this Pokémon is on your Bench, you may use this Ability. Attach an Energy card from your hand to your Active Larry's Pokémon.

The Lethargic Charge ability helps speed up your main attacker by providing free energy. This is useful for getting powerful moves out faster than usual, though you must keep Komala safe on the Bench.

This card fits well in decks that need to ramp up their damage quickly or run low on Energy cards. It works best alongside other cards that can wake it up if needed.

  • Fast energy acceleration
  • Card draw support
  • Low cost ability
Watch out for
  • Becomes Asleep after using the attack
  • Fighting type weakness
  • One-time use per turn
Pro tip

Use Lethargic Charge to power up a heavy attacker early, then let Dozing Draw refill your hand if you are running low.

From the Pokédex

Komala is known for sleeping almost all the time and never seems to wake up even when it wants to.

Note for the parent

Remind your child that sleeping Pokémon cannot attack, so Komala should stay protected while doing its job.
