What this card does
Lanturn ex has 150 HP and evolves from Chinchou.
It uses the Flashing Signal attack to deal 80 damage.
The attack flips a coin to either Paralyze or Confuse the opponent's Active Pokémon.
Flashing Signal
Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed. If tails, your opponent's Active Pokémon is now Confused. (80 damage)
The key feature of this card is its unpredictable status effect. You flip a coin after dealing damage to potentially stop the opponent from attacking or make them hurt themselves.
