Put up to 3 in any combination of Pokémon that don't have a Rule Box and Basic Energy cards from your discard pile into your hand. (Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, etc. have Rule Boxes.)

Lana's Aid is great for quickly replenishing your hand when you need extra cards, making it easier to manage your deck during the game.

Which deck it belongs in

It works well in decks where managing your discard pile is key or in situations where you often end up with excess Basic Energy cards.
