Kricketune V
Rotated OutA fast Grass-type draw engine that helps your child build their hand quickly.
What this card does
It allows you to draw cards until you have three in your hand each turn.
If Kricketune V is the active Pokemon, you can draw until you have four cards instead.
It has an attack called X-Scissor that deals 80 damage plus extra if a coin flip is heads.
Exciting Stage
Once during your turn, you may draw cards until you have 3 cards in your hand. If this Pokémon is in the Active Spot, you may draw cards until you have 4 cards in your hand instead. You can't use more than 1 Exciting Stage Ability each turn.
The Exciting Stage ability lets your child fill their hand with resources rapidly. This speed helps them set up powerful plays before the opponent can react.
Attacks
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 80 more damage.

Which deck it belongs in
This card suits decks that rely on drawing many cards to find key trainers or energy. It works well in aggressive strategies that need to strike early.
- •Rapid hand draw
- •Active spot bonus
- •Basic Pokemon status
- •One time use per turn
- •Fire weakness
- •Coin flip risk
Place Kricketune V in the Active Spot to maximise the card draw benefit for that turn.
Kricketune produces sound by rubbing its forewings together to communicate with others.
Remind your child they can only use this drawing ability once per turn, so they should plan when to activate it carefully.
