Judge
Cuts a big opponent hand down to four cards.
What this card does
Both players shuffle their hand back into their deck and draw four fresh cards.
Resets your own hand too, so play it when four cards is a fair trade for you.
Judge
Each player shuffles their hand into their deck and draws 4 cards.
Judge makes each player shuffle away their current hand and draw four new cards. Played late, when the opponent is holding a large hand of useful cards, it shrinks them down to four and slows their plan. The cost is that your own hand also drops to four.
Which deck it belongs in
A disruption option for decks that want to slow a fast opponent at key moments.
- •Shrinks a large opponent hand down to just four cards
- •Refreshes your own hand at the same time if it has gone stale
- •Cheap disruption that needs no Energy
- •It cuts your own hand to four as well, so timing matters
- •If the opponent already has a small hand, it may help them more than you
Pairs well with
A strong Supporter to use on other turns, since Judge takes up the one Supporter slot when it is played.
Hold Judge for a turn when the opponent has stockpiled cards, then play it to set their plan back.
Judge is a disruption Supporter, valued for the moments it slows the opponent rather than for raw card draw.
Only one Supporter card can be played each turn, so Judge competes with draw and search Supporters for that single slot.
