A stadium that turns off everyone's Pokémon Tools.
What this card does
A Stadium affecting both players. While it is out, every Pokémon Tool attached to any Pokémon stops working.
It is a counter to decks that rely on Tools for extra HP or other bonuses.

Pokémon Tools attached to each Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) have no effect.
All Pokémon Tools have no effect while this is in play. If your deck does not use Tools, this shuts down part of the opponent's plan for free.

A counter Stadium for decks that do not run Pokémon Tools themselves.

It would switch off Tools like Hero's Cape, so do not pair them in one deck.
