What this card does
This Trainer card attaches to a Pokemon as a Tool.
It adds 60 damage to attacks if the Pokemon has 30 HP or less and at least one damage counter.
Hustle Belt
If the Pokémon this card is attached to has 30 HP or less remaining and has any damage counters on it, its attacks do 60 more damage to your opponent’s Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance).
This item helps your Pokemon hit harder when it is already hurt. The extra damage applies before you check for weaknesses or resistances from the opponent.

It suits decks that focus on dealing heavy damage quickly. It works well with cards that can safely lower a Pokemon's health to trigger the bonus.
