What this card does
Hop's Zacian ex has 230 HP and uses Metal energy.
It can deal 30 damage to the active Pokemon and another 30 to a Benched Pokemon using Insta-Strike.
It can also use Brave Slash for 240 damage but cannot use that attack again until your next turn.

During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Brave Slash. (240 damage)
The key feature is Insta-Strike which hits two targets at once. This allows it to weaken multiple opponents quickly without needing special conditions.

This attack also does 30 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
During your next turn, this Pokémon can't use Brave Slash.
