What this card does
This card remains in play once you place it on the field.
It prevents all effects of attacks, including damage, from either player's Active Pokémon.
If an Active Pokémon attempts to use an attack, that attack ends immediately and this card is discarded.
Holon Circle
This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card. Prevent all effects of an attack, including damage, done by either player's Active Pokémon. If an Active Pokémon uses an attack, that attack ends, and discard this card.
Holn Circle acts as a temporary shield for your Active Pokémon by cancelling any incoming or outgoing attacks. It matters because it forces both players to pause their offensive moves until the card is removed from play.
