What this card does
It uses the Supernatural Orb ability to burn and confuse an opponent's Active Pokemon once per turn.
It attacks with Shadow Bind for 90 damage and stops the defending Pokemon from retreating next turn.

You must discard a Psychic Energy card from your hand in order to use this Ability. Once during your turn, you may make your opponent's Active Pokémon Burned and Confused.
The key feature is the Supernatural Orb ability. It requires discarding a Psychic Energy card to activate but leaves the opponent's Pokemon both burned and confused simultaneously.
