What this card does
It has an ability called Burning Road that lets you move Fire Energy from other Pokémon to itself when it enters play.
It can use the attack Hot Burn GX to deal 50 damage for each Fire Energy attached to it.

Once during your turn, when this Pokémon moves from your Bench to become your Active Pokémon, you may move any number of Fire Energy from your other Pokémon to it.
The key feature is its ability to gather energy quickly. This allows it to unleash a massive attack that deals fifty times the number of Fire cards attached to it.
