What this card does

You can attach it from your hand to remove one damage counter and clear all Special Conditions.
If attached to a Pokemon-ex, it only provides energy and does not heal.

Heal Energy provides Colorless Energy. When you attach this card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon, remove 1 damage counter and all Special Conditions from that Pokémon. If Heal Energy is attached to Pokémon-ex, Heal Energy has no effect other than providing Energy.
This card acts as both fuel and medicine. It gives the necessary power for attacks while simultaneously removing pain and status effects like paralysis or sleep.
