What this card does

Gengar LV.X has an ability called Level-Down that removes one of the opponent's Level-Up cards and shuffles it back into their deck.

It uses a move called Compound Pain to deal 30 damage to every opposing Pokemon that already has damage counters on it.

Signature ability

Level-Down

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon LV.X. Remove the Level-Up card from that Pokémon and have your opponent shuffle that card into his or her deck. The power can't be used if Gengar is affected by a Special Condition.

The Level-Down ability is very disruptive because it forces your child to remove an opponent's powerful evolved card from play. This can turn the tide of the game by taking away a key threat before the opponent can use it.

Attacks

PPC
Compound Pain

This attack does 30 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon that already has any damage counters on it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)
