What this card does

The ability lets you move energy from the discard pile to your Pokémon, but it also adds damage counters to that target.

The Miracle Force attack deals heavy damage and removes all special conditions like paralysis or sleep.

Signature ability

Psychic Embrace

As often as you like during your turn, you may attach a Basic {P} Energy card from your discard pile to 1 of your {P} Pokémon. If you attached Energy to a Pokémon in this way, put 2 damage counters on that Pokémon. You can't use this Ability on a Pokémon that would be Knocked Out.

This card allows you to recycle discarded energy cards to power up your team. However, using this ability forces you to place two damage counters on the affected Pokémon, which brings it closer to being knocked out.

Which deck it belongs in

It fits well in decks that focus on Psychic types and need reliable healing from status effects. The deck should also manage its prize count carefully due to the ex rule.

Strengths
  • Heavy damage output
  • Self-healing capability
  • Energy recycling
Watch out for
  • High knock-out risk
  • Double prize penalty
  • Darkness weakness
Pro tip

Use the ability to attach energy only when the target can safely take two extra damage counters without being knocked out.
