What this card does
It has an ability called Spiteful Slate that puts damage counters on the attacker if they hit it while active.
It uses the attack Energy Press to deal 60 or more damage, adding 20 extra for every Energy attached to the opponent's Pokémon.

If this Pokémon is in the Active Spot and is damaged by an attack from your opponent's Pokémon VMAX (even if this Pokémon is Knocked Out), put damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon equal to the damage done to this Pokémon.
The key feature is Spiteful Slate. It acts as a shield by forcing the attacker to take damage equal to what Galarian Runerigus received.
