What this card does
You can attach two Psychic Energy cards to it when you play it from your hand.
Its attack discards all attached Psychic Energy but deals 120 damage to one opponent Pokemon.
Cruel Charge

The Cruel Charge ability lets you power up this Pokemon instantly by attaching two Psychic Energy cards when you bring it onto the Bench. The Psylaser attack then uses all that energy to deal a heavy blow of 120 damage, ignoring protections for Benched Pokemon.
