What this card does
Frost Bullet deals 140 damage to the Active Pokémon and 20 damage to a Benched Pokémon.
Evasive ability reduces the Prize card loss by one if this Pokémon is Knocked Out, provided it was in the Active Spot.
Requires two Water Energy cards to attack.
Evanescent
If this Pokémon is in the Active Spot and is Knocked Out, flip a coin. If heads, your opponent takes 1 fewer Prize card.
The Evanescent ability acts as a safety net. When Froslass ex is defeated while attacking, you flip a coin and potentially take only one Prize instead of two.
