What this card does
The card stays on the Bench as a Stadium effect.
It applies to every Pokémon in play, including those belonging to your opponent.
It sets the Retreat Cost to zero for any Pokémon holding at least one Fairy Energy.

Each Pokémon that has any Fairy Energy attached to it (both yours and your opponent's) has no Retreat Cost.
