What this card does

If you attached energy this way, you can switch Emolga EX with one of your Benched Pokémon.
Deal 60 or more damage by discarding an Energy from Emolga EX to add 30 extra damage.

You may discard an Energy attached to this Pokémon. If you do, this attack does 30 more damage. (60+ damage)
The Energy Glide attack lets you grab a Lightning Energy directly from your deck and then swap Emolga EX out. This is useful because it keeps the attacker safe on the bench while still providing resources for the next turn.
