Ditto has 60 HP and requires no specific energy to play.
Its attack Copy a Friend lets you choose an attack from one of your Benched Pokemon.
You can use that chosen attack as Ditto's own move.
Copy a Friend
Choose 1 of your Benched Pokémon's attacks, except any Pokémon ex, and use it as this attack. If this Pokémon doesn't have the necessary Energy to use that attack, this attack does nothing.
Ditto acts as a flexible tool by mimicking the moves of other Pokemon in your bench. This allows you to adapt your strategy mid-game without needing to build a complex deck from scratch.
