Dialga GX
Rotated OutA powerful metal type that controls the flow of the game with extra turns and card draw.
What this card does
Dialga GX draws cards until you have six in your hand to ensure you have enough resources.
Its Shred attack deals 80 damage that ignores any protective effects on the opponent's active Pokemon.
Its Timeless GX attack deals 150 damage and allows you to take another turn immediately.
Timeless GX
Take another turn after this one. (Skip the between-turns step.) (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.) (150 damage)
The key feature is the Timeless GX attack. It lets you go again after attacking, which can be devastating for your child's opponent if they cannot handle the extra pressure.
Attacks
Draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand.
This attack’s damage isn’t affected by any effects on your opponent’s Active Pokémon.
Take another turn after this one. (Skip the between-turns step.) (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)
Which deck it belongs in
This card suits a deck focused on Metal energy and consistency. It works well in decks that want to extend turns or overwhelm opponents with multiple attacks.
- •Extra turns
- •Card advantage
- •Unaffected damage
- •Fire weakness
- •GX limit
- •High energy cost
Use Overclock early to build a large hand, then save Timeless GX for when the opponent is vulnerable.
Dialga controls time and is said to exist at the very beginning of the universe.
Remind your child that they can only use one GX attack per game, so choosing when to activate Timeless is a critical decision.
