What this card does
The Psychic Javelin attack deals 190 damage to the active Pokemon and an extra 60 to a bench Pokemon.
The Star Force ability allows you to deal 60 damage for every Energy card attached to both players' Pokemon.
This card cannot use more than one VSTAR Power during the entire game.

This attack also does 60 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon V. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) (190 damage)
The key feature is the Star Force attack which scales its power based on how much energy is in play. This means it can deal massive damage if the board is crowded with Energy cards but requires you to invest heavily in those resources first.

This card suits aggressive decks that focus on rapidly attaching multiple Psychic and Colorless Energy cards. It works best when you can force your opponent to also attach energy to trigger the Star Force damage.
