What this card does
The Constrain ability forces both players to discard cards until they hold only six, helping you manage your hand size.
The Upstream attack searches the discard pile for Energy cards and deals 10 damage for each one found.
Tail Slap is a standard attack that deals 60 damage with no extra effects.
Constrain
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may use this power. Each player discards cards until that player has 6 cards in his or her hand. (You discard first.) This power can't be used if Delcatty ex is affected by a Special Condition.
Delcatty ex shines when it uses its Constrain ability to clear out excess cards from both players. This sets up the Upstream attack, which can deal huge damage by converting discarded energy into hits.
Attacks
Search your discard pile for all Energy cards. This attack does 10 damage times the number of Energy cards you find there. Show them to your opponent, and put them on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.
