What this card does
The Dark Seed attack stops the opponent's Pokemon from retreating and deals 5 damage at the end of their next turn.
The Spread Poison attack deals 10 damage and poisons the target while also hitting one of their bench Pokemon for 20 damage.

The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. This attack does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) (10 damage)
This card focuses on restricting your opponent's movement and spreading hurt across their team. The Dark Seed attack locks a key enemy in place while ticking down damage, forcing them to take a hit they cannot avoid by switching out.
