Dark Pupitar
Rotated OutA risky evolution card that clears the board if you get lucky.
What this card does
Flip a coin to potentially deal 10 damage to all opponent Pokemon.
Search your deck for its next evolution and place it on this card.
Explosive Evolution
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance.) Then, search your deck for a card that evolves from Dark Pupitar and put it on Dark Pupitar. (This counts as evolving Dark Pupitar.) Shuffle your deck afterward.
The Explosive Evolution attack lets you search for Pupitar and evolve it immediately. This is useful because it skips the usual turn waiting time but relies on a coin flip to deal any damage.

Does 20 damage to each Defending Pokémon.
Which deck it belongs in
This card suits decks that want to evolve quickly and remove threats early. It works best in aggressive strategies that can afford to lose if the coin flip fails.
- •Fast evolution
- •Board clearing potential
- •Deck search ability
- •Relies on luck
- •Low damage output
- •Grass weakness
Use this card when the opponent has multiple weak Pokemon to maximise the chance of clearing them.
Pupitar stores energy in its body before it forms a cocoon around itself.
Explain to your child that the attack might do nothing if the coin lands on tails.
