Cynthia & Caitlin

Rotated Out

A flexible supporter that recycles discarded cards and provides extra draws.

SupporterBeginner to play

What this card does

You can retrieve a supporter card from your discard pile to use again.

If you choose to discard another card from your hand, you draw three additional cards.

What it does

Cynthia & Caitlin

Put a Supporter card from your discard pile into your hand. You can’t choose Cynthia & Caitlin or a card you discarded with the effect of this card. When you play this card, you may discard another card from your hand. If you do, draw 3 cards.

This card allows your child to reuse a powerful supporter they have already played and sent to the discard pile. By sacrificing one card from their hand, they can draw three new cards, which helps them find the pieces they need to win the game.

Which deck it belongs in

It suits decks that rely on playing multiple supporter cards in a single turn. It is also useful for decks that frequently discard cards and need to recover key resources quickly.

Strengths
  • Card advantage
  • Recycling support
  • Flexibility
Watch out for
  • Requires discarding a card
  • Cannot target itself
  • Uncommon rarity
Pro tip

Use the draw effect when your hand is full or contains weak cards to maximise the benefit of drawing three new options.

Good to know

Cynthia is a renowned Champion known for her powerful Dragon-type team, while Caitlin is a Psychic-type specialist from the Unova region.

Note for the parent

Remind your child that they must decide whether to use the draw effect before they play the card, as it is an optional part of the ability.
