What this card does
This card stays in play until another Stadium card is played.
It reduces any Special Energy providing two or more Energy to just one Colorless Energy.
This reduction applies to both players and cannot be stopped by Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card. Each Special Energy card that provides 2 or more Energy (both yours and your opponent's) now provides only 1 Colorless Energy. This isn't affected by any Poké-Powers or Poké-Bodies.
Special Energy cards often allow a Pokemon to attack for much more damage than usual. This card forces those powerful attacks to deal less damage, making the game slower and more strategic.
Which deck it belongs in
It suits decks that rely on standard Basic Energy or low-cost Special Energies. It is useful in games where your opponent depends heavily on high-output Special Energy cards.
