What this card does
Clefable ex has 260 HP and evolves from Clefairy.
It uses the Lunar Zone ability to remove retreat costs for Pokémon with Psychic Energy.
It attacks with Wondrous Moon for 170 damage by moving any amount of Psychic Energy between your Pokémon.

All of your Pokémon that have {P} Energy attached have no Retreat Cost.
The key feature is its ability to move energy cards at will. This allows a player to power up their attackers quickly without wasting turns attaching new cards.
