What this card does
The Brilliant Flare attack costs three Fire and one Colorless energy to deal 180 damage and lets you search your deck for up to three cards to add to your hand.
The Crimson Flame Pillar GX attack requires only one Fire energy to attach five basic Energy cards from the discard pile to this Pokemon.
If you have attached at least one extra energy beyond the cost of that GX attack, the opponent's Active Pokemon becomes Burned and Confused.
Brilliant Flare
You may search your deck for up to 3 cards and put them into your hand. Then, shuffle your deck. (180 damage)
This card allows you to rebuild your resources quickly by moving discarded energy back into play. The added Burned and Confused status effect can severely limit what your opponent can do with their active Pokemon.

Attach 5 basic Energy cards from your discard pile to your Pokémon in any way you like. If this Pokémon has at least 1 extra Energy attached to it (in addition to this attack’s cost), your opponent’s Active Pokémon is now Burned and Confused. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)
Which deck it belongs in
It suits aggressive Fire decks that need to recover from discarding energy cards early in the game. It works well in decks that can easily provide the required Colorless energy for its first attack.
