What this card does
The card attaches to one of your Pokemon as a Tool.
It stays attached until the end of your opponent's turn when it is discarded.
If your Active Pokemon takes damage from an attack while this card is attached, you place 6 damage counters on the attacking Pokemon.
Bursting Balloon
If this card is attached to 1 of your Pokémon, discard it at the end of your opponent's turn. If the Pokémon this card is attached to is your Active Pokémon and is damaged by an opponent's attack (even if that Pokémon is Knocked Out), put 6 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon.
This card acts as a protective shield that sacrifices itself to hurt the attacker. It matters because it forces your opponent to think twice before using strong attacks on your active Pokemon.
