What this card does

This Trainer card attaches to a Pokemon V in your Active spot.

It triggers a powerful counter-attack if that Pokemon is knocked out while at full health.

What it does

Box of Disaster

If the Pokémon V this card is attached to has full HP and is Knocked Out by damage from an attack from your opponent's Pokémon, put 8 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon.

When your opponent knocks out your full-health Pokemon V, they immediately receive 8 damage counters. This mechanic turns a potential loss into a sudden advantage for you.

Which deck it belongs in

This card suits aggressive decks that rely on high-damage attacks to defeat opponents quickly. It works best when paired with other cards that protect your Pokemon or heal it back up.

Strengths
  • High damage output
  • Surprise factor
  • Defensive counter
Watch out for
  • Requires full health
  • Must be knocked out
  • Uncommon rarity
Pro tip

Use healing cards to keep the Pokemon V at full HP right before it takes its final hit.

Good to know

The name suggests a chaotic event, fitting for a card that creates sudden disaster for the opponent.

Note for the parent

Explain to your child that this card is a gamble because they must let their Pokemon be knocked out to activate the effect.
