Switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon with their Active Pokémon.
This card allows you to target a weaker Pokemon resting on the bench and bring it into battle. This is useful because it lets you attack a Pokemon that is easier to defeat or one that has less damage on it.

It fits well in decks that rely on dealing heavy damage quickly. It helps when the opponent's active Pokemon is too strong to beat right now.
