What this card does

The game applies a rule to both players' benches and active Pokemon.

Pokemon with 40 HP or less remaining are unable to use their attacks.

What it does

Blizzard Town

Pokémon with 40 HP or less remaining (both yours and your opponent’s) can’t attack.

This card creates a stalemate for weaker creatures. It forces the battle to focus on tougher Pokemon that can survive longer.

Which deck it belongs in

It suits decks that rely on high-health attackers. It is less useful for decks built around quick, low-cost strikes.

Strengths
  • Defensive control
