What this card does
You place Bill next to your Active Pokémon when you play him.
Your turn ends immediately after you play this card.
You discard Bill from play at the end of that turn.

Bill lets you swap out your current hand for two new cards without using up your main action. This is useful when you need specific cards to win but have run out of options in your hand.
