Battle City
Rotated OutA stadium card that gives both players a chance to draw an extra card each turn.
What this card does
Once per turn, you may flip a coin to see if you get to draw a card.
The card remains in play until another Stadium card is played or another Battle City is used.
Battle City
Once during each player's turn, that player may flip a coin. If heads, the player draws a card. This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can't play this card.
This card creates a shared benefit for both players. It adds a small element of luck to the game by allowing either side to potentially find new cards during their turn.
Which deck it belongs in
It suits decks that rely on drawing more cards to find key pieces. It works best in games where finding resources quickly is important for both sides.
- •Card advantage
- •Shared benefit
- •Simple mechanic
- •Luck dependent
- •Helps opponent
- •Replaced easily
Use it to dig for essential cards when your hand is empty, but remember your opponent gets the same chance.
Stadium cards change the rules of the battlefield and stay there until a new one takes their place.
Explain to your child that this card helps the opponent as much as it helps them, so they should plan for the possibility of their rival getting an extra card too.
