What this card does
Attach it to one of your Pokemon that has no other tools.
Remove the retreat cost for that Pokemon while it is attached.
Discard the card if the Pokemon is knocked out or when it retreats.
Balloon Berry
Attach Balloon Berry to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached to it. If that Pokémon is Knocked Out, discard this card. As long as Balloon Berry is attached to a Pokémon, that Pokémon's Retreat Cost is 0. When this Pokémon retreats, discard Balloon Berry.
This tool removes the need to pay energy when moving your Pokemon back to your bench. It vanishes immediately after you use it or if your Pokemon loses the battle, so it offers a single free escape.
