What this card does

The card changes the rules for all Pokémon on the field that have Psychic or Darkness Energy attached.

It reduces their retreat cost by two Colourless energy.

What it does

The Retreat Cost of each Pokémon (both yours and your opponent’s) that has any Psychic or Darkness Energy attached to it is ColorlessColorless less.

Retreating a Pokémon usually requires paying energy to move it back to your bench. This card makes that cheaper for any creature holding Psychic or Darkness energy, helping them escape attacks more easily.

It fits best in decks that use Psychic or Darkness types and rely on moving their Pokémon around the battlefield.
