Weekly Pokémon league
- Monday, 7:00pm (Hobby League)
From the Play! Pokémon weekly leagues schedule for Auckland City, operated by Play NZ, read on 1 October 2026. League nights do move, so ring the shop or check their page before a first visit.
Games and events
A Newmarket card and hobby shop open late most weeknights, carrying singles and sealed Pokémon alongside several other card games. The Monday league is the earliest in the Auckland week, so it suits families who want the rest of the week free.
Before you go
Opening hours and Pokémon league times vary, so check the store page or the official locator before heading down. Most stores welcome new players and will help your child get started.
